Marshall Tall Eagle Serna is a US Army and US
Air Force veteran, who spent a total of 14 years
in the military. He is a Vietnam veteran.

Master Sergeant Serna is in the process of
designing other commemorative medals - including
the Mothers Medal of Honor - a commemotrative
medal designed for mothers who have or have had
their children in the Armed Forces of the US.

He is also designing commemorative Native
American Tribal coins for each tribe in the nation.
