Marshall “Tall Eagle” Serna the designer of the “Warriors Medal of Valor” bestowing honor to veterans and military personnel at a pow wow Las Vegas, NV. When the Warriors Medal of Valor is bestowed upon our veterans we suggest that the presenters of this beautiful medal use their tribal protocol for this very special ceremony. We usually open with a special prayer to the Creator giving thanks and asking his blessings on this ceremony. Then we have a short patriotic speech, then the reading of award citation. When the medals are bestow upon our veterans we give one a personal message of thanks. After this part of the ceremony we have an honor song sung by the head drum, (if at a pow wow).
